Miracles happen around us everyday, it's just a matter of recognizing them. That's not just the subtitle of this blog, it also happens to be the truth.
The greatest miracle of all is life itself. Have you ever stopped to think about how miraculous it is each day to wake up and be alive?
Lately, I've been proned to depression. I am a fairly healthy young lady, though I do have some health issues. It is the combination of these health issues as well as my financial situtaion not seeming to improve that depressed me daily.
Be that as it may, I woke up this morning to the revelation that I'm alive, and that despite my health and finances, that just being alive, I should be thankful.
I know in these tough economic times it is very difficult to be thankful and grateful for much, but if you stop to think about it, the fact that you got up this morning means that you still have opportunity to make and experience change in your life.
So today I challenge you to be grateful for the gift and miracle of today and keep in mind that life itself is the greatest miracle.
