Red Lobster

So if you've been to one Red Lobster than you pretty much know what to expect.

Decent place to grab some sea food, not as busy as you'd think for a Friday evening. The service was great and nothing was incorrect with our order. The ambiance was pleasant, place wasn't eerily quiet or obnoxiously loud.

Prices too seemed reasonable considering so many places are high right now and shrinking their portion sizes.

All in all no complaints

Absolutely terrible. First, we arrived and were told they gave our online order to another person AFTER claiming we already picked it up. Upon waiting 45 mins for a new order, we opened our order at home and were disappointed with the quality of the chicken linguine. As you can see in the photo....DRY. Where's the flavor. In addition, the "bowl" of clam chowder looks like (see photo). I am astonished and baffled. This location was extremely slow for having no one in there. The only reason I am giving two stars is because of the biscuits. Of all of the Red Lobster locations I have visited over the years, this is by far the bottom of the barrel. Very disappointed.

Oh my goodness, my visit to Red Lobster was an absolute delight! The staff was super quick to seat us during our Sunday dinner, and we didn't waste a moment putting in our order. The endless shrimp deal for $20 was a dream come true, and the variety of shrimp dishes to choose from was simply amazing. Grilled shrimp skewers and garlic shrimp scampi were my favorite!

And guess what? The fun didn't stop there! Our attentive waiter kept checking in on us as we enjoyed our scrumptious meal, asking if we wanted more shrimp as we got close to finishing each round. Even though we arrived near closing time at 9 pm, we managed to squeeze in several orders before the kitchen closed at 8:30 pm.

But let me tell you, the highlight was the phenomenal service from our waiter. She was like a magical genie, constantly refilling our drinks and ensuring we had everything we needed. It truly made the experience feel extra special.

Without a doubt, I'll be back again for more of this shrimp-tastic goodness at Red Lobster. It's a place I'd happily visit over and over again!

I went to Red Lobster because I saw a commercial and it said they were having a lobster fest. I went to the south location and it looked very nice. I think they may have done some upgrades. My waitress was very fast and polite. I ordered the lobster and garlic shrimp scampi and it came with a salad and baked potato. The lobster wasn't fully cooked, it was real chewy and no flavor. The scampi were good. The bread is always good and my salad had too much hard lettuce in it . I won't be back

Our server, Ms Willie was amazing. The hot biscuits wonderful. The lobster tails were delicious. We had a great time!!!

We waited forever in the empty lobby for the receptionist to show up. Once seated, we waited an additional 10-15 minutes for anyone to show up at our table. No one ever came by. We gave up and left. On the way out, we noticed another table that was there when we came in. It was also in the same situation -- still waiting for someone to start servicing them.

I don't know what's going on with a lot of restaurants. We customers are getting very tired of being taken for granted with poor service, high prices, and expectations of 25% gratuities for mediocre food and service.

Ordering delivery and very happy. I knew I was getting price gouged but I craved a taste of the east coast. Got the two Maine lobsters tails with broccoli and French fries. Recommend if you don't have access to an East Coast themed fish and chips spot. Red lobster could always stand to serve fresher food. This order was no exception.

Our wait person was attentive and gay friendly,, Jacob is an excellent guy!! .. ask for him! We enjoy the food here and really love the cheddar cheese biscuits.

Be careful when ordering here because you WILL be overcharged for bacon and Caesar Salad. we were charged $13.31 for the bacon in the baked potato and $17.91 for two side Caesar Salads. our meals were simple and came with two sides but obviously we were charged for each side.
I used to love coming to eat here but I will NOT come back!!!
